About Brainjet
Brainjet is where cognitive science meets the honest reality of a tired mind. Built for knowledge workers, neurodivergent professionals, and anyone who's done trying to hustle their way through burnout.
My name is Jacek Margol. After nearly two decades in demanding global corporate roles, I became fascinated by a single question: why do some people thrive under pressure while others burn out? My own journey led me away from mainstream productivity hacks and toward the underlying principles of cognitive science, emotional regulation, and nervous system health.
What is Brainjet?
Brainjet is the result of that exploration. It's a practical framework built on a few core ideas: that focus has an architecture we can design for; that our mental energy operates on a scale of friction and ease we can learn to manage; and that our ability to self-regulate is a trainable skill based on a simple feedback loop. It's a system designed to be particularly resonant for neurodivergent professionals, reframing traits often seen as deficits into strengths that can be leveraged with the right operating system.
Who is this for?
This site is for you if you're a knowledge worker, creator, or leader trying to do your best work without sacrificing your well-being. It's for you if you're an anxious high-performer tired of being told to "just push through." It's for neurodivergent professionals looking for strategies that honor their unique wiring. And it's for anyone rebuilding their cognitive and emotional resources after a period of burnout, addiction, or chronic stress.
